This is an ongoing retreat available almost every month, in which Shastro will be facilitating two meditation session a day as well as offering a Doorway to Silence guided music meditation on the last evening. The retreat will also offer Yoga and Conscious Movement classes. This particular event will have a higher number of participants, teachers and more variety of classes offered during the five days.
